What teams have needed to avoid relegation.
Points total needed to stay up over the last 10 years?
is it the number of points of the 17th placed team in the premiership in the last 10 seasons?
I haven't really checked this, but is it something like the number of points that would guarantee Premiership survival for the last ten seasons? Starting with 08/09 and going backwards, I think.....

It's the number of points the top relegated team scored.

They look like the number of points required to avoid relegation, starting with last season. West Ham went down with 40+ points a few years ago.
